Each student is provided a Learning Kit. My curriculum approach includes a mix of direct instruction, independent practice, instructional games, and real-world, hands-on activities. With children in mind, I aim to provide ample opportunities for play and exploration.
We also use IXL, RAZ-KIDS, and Scholastic as supplemental resources for class and home instruction.
The level of parental assistance needed during class varies depending on the child. Parents should expect to be present or nearby to help out if needed. Older siblings can be great helpers as well!
